When Daniel Craig debuted as James Bond in Casino Royale, the focus was more on his physique than on his acting. Daniel was well built and defined, but at the same time, he wasn’t over the top. He looked good in a swimsuit, but also in a tuxedo. The look of prominent and toned muscles without looking like a body builder has been deemed the most attractive body type out there, pushing many men to get to the gym and get in shape.

The Diet

To achieve Daniel Craig’s physique, one must do a mixture of diet and weight training. This program is intense so it is for those who are really dedicated to achieving the optimal body.
On the diet side of the program, it is important to eat five times a day. You also need to cut out all junk food, fast food, and beer. You need to eat a lot of protein to fuel muscle growth without adding fat. You should be eating balanced meals made up of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats, such as healthy oils, nuts and avocado. Be sure to drink a lot of water throughout the day.

The Training

*Wednesday you will be doing cardio, about 30-45 minutes
*Thursday your focus is legs and
*Friday it is on Abdominals.
*On Saturday you will do another 30-45 minutes of cardio and you
*Rest on Sundays
